Classes & Events for the Community

NCNM offers a variety of community education classes for the general public. Take a class in healthy cooking, attend a lecture on classical Chinese medicine or spend a summer evening in the beautiful Min Zidell Healing Garden and learn about herbal remedies you can prepare for your family. All are welcome at the community education classes and events.

Food as Medicine Institute (FAMI)

FAMI includes cooking and nutrition classes for all in NCNM's Charlee's Kitchen. Classes include the Food as Medicine Everyday (FAME) cooking series, a gluten-free cooking series and the 2014 Food as Medicine Symposium.
